Reggie James, Chief Operating Officer and Director of DBMM, and Founder and Managing Director of Digital Clarity, the flagship brand of DBMM, delivered a presentation at the AI & Technology Virtual Investor Conference on October 31, 2024.
The live, online event, sponsored by OTC Markets, was by invitation only and brought together selected visionary leaders in Artificial Intelligence and Technology to share insights about their respective companies approach to the subject matter. James took a pragmatic, hands on, while heartfelt approach, which captured the attention of investors, shareholders, and fellow presenters alike. Many subsequent follow up activities are underway.
The feedback indicated that the presentation was very well received by a wide audience made up of. prospective clients, investors and shareholders. The outreach will continue as that is a very positive aspect of the conference.
The event provided a high-visibility platform, which James used to full advantage, outlining a promising growth trajectory for Digital Clarity that left a strong impression on attendees.
James shared his background and experience as a serial entrepreneur covering three (3) separate start-ups which were successfully sold. The narrative reinforced his experience in the early days of the internet, where he helped establish products for Ziff Davis, AltaVista and Yahoo! Each success has been a defining force in shaping and evolving digital media landscapes – connecting the early digital disruptions he designed to the current AI and technology, which is driving the next stage of development. All moving at lightning speed. It is one of the most evolutionary industries.
The segue to a public marketplace through Digital Clarity acquisition by DBMM now represents a shared opportunity to build on previous private brand successes. The presentation was transparent and directed regarding Management’s goal to replicate the same outcome in the public sector at DBMM as James achieved in the private sector.
James emphasized that Digital Clarity’s pivot to capitalize on emerging AI trends presents a huge market opportunity, promising transformative growth in the next three to five years. Prospective clients were especially drawn to James’ focus on a balanced revenue model that combines project-based income with recurring revenues. This structure, he explained, will not only generate high margins but will also create a sustainable revenue stream capable of covering operational costs while driving incremental gains.
The presentation garnered significant attention from the investment community, with OTC Markets organizers noting the high level of engagement during the Q&A session. Only a few questions were answered as we ran out of time.
