Digital Brand Media & Marketing Group, Inc. (“The Company” and “DBMM”), along with its brand, Digital Clarity (“DC”), a fully integrated management consultancy specializing in the optimal marketing of B2B tech companies, today providing an important update as it continues to build the organizational foundation and  executing its business plan. DBMM is sharing its growth structure and implementation as it takes place in order to assure sustainability.

Today the company is sharing with its stakeholders another step in its strategic growth plans with the search for a Senior B2B Business Development Director.

The role will be instrumental as Digital Clarity continues to expand its global footprint. The new hire will play a critical role in shaping the future of the company as it continues on driving revenue generation through strategic business development initiatives across Europe and the US.

The role will emphasize the cultivation and nurturing of industry relationships. The designate will lead the charge in identifying and securing new business opportunities, driving market expansion, and establishing a robust presence in key markets.

The role is being actively marketed through industry contacts, online recruitment platforms, and professional social networks like LinkedIn, reflecting the company’s commitment to finding the best talent for this crucial position.

The Company is using many different complementary resources from employees, to consultants, to partners, to strategic alliances to any activities to round out and optimize a full service management consultancy.

Reggie James, Chief Operating Officer and Director of DBMM, and Founder and Managing Director of Digital Clarity, commented, “With our extensive network and deep roots in the industry, DC is accessing from the best and the brightest in the digital marketing sector. We are seeking  for a leader with established industry contacts and a proven track record in B2B marketing to drive our growth strategy forward.”

James continued, “Earlier this year, in May 2024, we announced our plans to establish a presence in a major West Coast tech hub in the US, starting with representation of a seasoned digital marketing expert in Irvine, California. Similar situations in Atlanta, Austin, Seattle , among others are in various stages of development.   As we pivot towards aggressive growth, we are in search of a full-time professional who excels in business development and relationship management. This individual will not only spearhead our efforts but will also build and lead a future team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) around them.”

James further emphasized, “Given the strategic importance of this role, in these summer months, it is critical that we identify and recruit the perfect fit for our company.
