The Management of DBMM has filed a Super 10-K for 2015-2016-2017 with The Securities & Exchange Commission today.

As you know, a Super 10-K consolidates more than one year to cure delinquent filings with audited financial statements available in one document.Our Super 10-K covers the stated 3 years which have been delayed for circumstances beyond DBMM’s control and discussed in earlier updates.
Following this filing, the outstanding 1-2 Quarters for 2018 fiscal year are being prepared chronologically as required and will be filed as a priority. DBMM’s 3Q 2018 will conclude May 31, 2018 (today) and is due to be filed July 15, 2018.
We intend to file the 3Q on or before the due date, following the 2 earlier quarterly filings.
