The Company
DBMM Group (OTC:DBMM) is a fully reporting, fully compliant US public holding company
Headquartered in New York City. In 2011, DBMM acquired Digital Clarity, a UK-based B2B go-to-market consultancy already recognised as an industry leader for its sector and size. That acquisition is the foundation.
DBMM’s model is evolving, having acquired a flagship company as its operating brand. Digital Clarity’s commercial excellence now has a technology layer that scales its impact. The result is a public holding company where shareholder value grows with every client win, every new capability, and every milestone on the path to NASDAQ.
Digital Clarity was carefully targeted. It’s a cash flow-positive business, established, revenue-generating with enterprise clients, an analytical methodology and a documented track record with annual industry awards. DBMM acquired it precisely because it was already winning in its sector.
The acquisition strategy does not stop there. DBMM intends to add further operating companies consolidating revenue streams, client bases, and capabilities under the group. More acquisitions mean more revenue, more scale, and more value for every shareholder.

Reggie James
Chief Operating Officer & Executive Director, DBMM · Founder & MD, Digital Clarity
James' entire career has been spent developing the digital marketing value proposition. He began at the frontier of internet advertising launching the European advertising division of AltaVista from DoubleClick and working on the EMEA expansion of the first Dotcoms to list on the Singapore Stock Exchange alongside Directors of Ericsson.
He built a Google Ad Marketing technology business and sold it to Rakuten Japan (DC Storm). He founded Digital Clarity as one of the first Google Search businesses in the UK, growing it over two decades into a full enterprise B2B GTM consultancy serving clients including Adobe, Xerox, and Bentley Systems. Each venture resulted in a successful exit and measurable financial return.
DBMM is the first public company in James' career and the one through which that track record of success is shared directly in the public market. As shareholders participate in DBMM's growth, they participate in the same value-creation model that has defined his career. As COO, James leads commercial strategy, client relationships, and is the architect of the DCIE platform.
Linda Perry
Linda Perry brings Fortune 50 board-level experience to DBMM's leadership. Her career has spanned senior executive positions at ExxonMobil and Credit Suisse, followed by an advisory practice consulting to the Boards of Directors of global public companies in macro-organization strategic planning, governance, troubleshooting requiring BOD interventions, financial oversight and executive leadership, including executive compensation and succession planning.
As DBMM's Principal Executive and Financial Officer, Perry oversees the strategic organization, including SEC reporting, financial management and capital requirements, bringing institutional rigor to the corporate governance required of a public company.
